I never promised a Windows version - I only provide prebuilt binaries of OpenELEC Dual Audio

Maybe here I will do all necessary changes - chances are good that this patch will work for Windows version, too. I can provide that patch file, but a Windows build has to be done by someone else, either.

If someone has a development environment for Kodi Windows/Linux, here is an untested Q'n'D patch of the latest patch file for Jarvis.
I didn't test it yet - I just corrected the lines and code changes.
Patch file will be tested and used for upcoming OpenELEC version 7.0.0 (it's suitable for plain Kodi build, too).
