RPI3 LE:
startup sound at 15s, Live-TV VDR ready at 18s

RPI3 OE:
startup sound at 17s, Live-TV VDR ready at 20s

For test I only replace "kernel.img" and "SYSTEM" between LE and OE

Start time for video playback from SMB, same file, 2 identical microsd cards. (RP3)

LE #0403 4,31-4,40 sec.
OE #0402 4,55-4,63 sec.

But it is possible to produce a 1Mbit/s stream we can't play.

I attempted to do some google research between ffmpeg 2.8.x and 3.0.x and came up empty.
Currently I am on the latest nightly with the ffmpeg 2.8.6 branch, is that anything 3.0.1 in the newer nightly builds might help?
I was planning to wait a few days for the newer bugs to be worked out before updating.

That should probably suffice - since for now kodi is build with same parameters....
So very interesting - would also like to see tests of utilization of the CPU (and the effect on clock throttling - mine (RPI2) is running in the high "too much"....

But for me - the only times it really feels slow, is opening the movies library (also when returning from movie playback to the library). Would be nice to see that benchmarked..
(I am running from a very fast USB stick)

In "a few days" some of the old bugs would be gone... But others could appear. These are not "stable" builds, and it will take some time before they are there......

With that in mind. They are actually quite stable! You could find some builds being more problematic - but most are quite good. Currently I use v403 as "my daily driver" - and it is actually not that bad Smile
(for me TV is buggy with the Estuary skin, but perfect with Rapier, which anyway is my preferred... So all good Smile

The problem with TexturePacker on the server is fixed and Confluence has been updated to 3.0.7 so you should be able to update to a working Confluence.

Did this work on 402?
Any ideas as to why films which are correctly tagged as being 3D, and were previous list in the list view with that label, are now showing as HD....?

Using the Estuary skin in the latest build and extra media information to be shown would normally list a 3D film as being 3D.

Example Avatar 2009 .3d.hsbs.mkv will now show as HD and not 3D.

I'm not sure which build this started to change sadly but I do know they were there as 3D in the list view on the right on the Window pane which shows media information.

From what I remember no.

Nothing immediately springs to mind, so identifying the first build with the issue would be useful.

Thanks.

Now I'm back home I'll work my way through older builds until I find where it started.
