Some ppl are having issues with the newer builds, 0325 should be good for you, My guess is something driver related is missing, hopefully hdmkv has some suggestions as to what he was refering to in his previous post. Good luck, these little boxes interest me also.

finally I managed to make it work :
I update drivers via the device manager . ( And not by the intel drive utility)

next i configure intel graphic setting like this: (thanks @timstephens24)

Video -> Color Enhancement:
-Standard Color Correction = Application Settings
-Input Range = Application Settings
-Total Color Correction = Disabled

Video -> Image Enhancement:
-Sharpness = Application Settings
-Skin Ton Enhancement = Disabled
-Noise Reduction = Application Settings
-Contrast Enhancement = Disabled
-Film Mode Detection = Disabled

Video -> Image Scaling
-Image Scaling = Disabled

Video -> Gamut Mapping
-Gamut Compression = Disabled

3D
-Application Optimal Mode = Disabled
-Multi-Sample Anti-Aliasing = Turn off
-Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing = Turn Off
General Settings = Custom Settings (Anisotropic Filtering = Application Settings and Vertical Sync = Application Settings)

and that's work =D

Glad you got it working. What ends up working depends... need to experiment. For me, just finished testing, the April 1 build is perfect w/Dell 3050. No lip-sync error, no tearing, excellent PQ. With March 25, I get lip-sync error, occasionally worse than w/DN2820FYKH NUC.

With Intel DN2820FYKH NUC, I get ever-so-slight lip sync error whether March 25 and April 1 builds. Doesn't seem to make a difference.

Also depends, which version drivers. Intel driver mess. You need to try your OS-specific (Win 10 or 8) drivers for graphics and audio suggested by Intel's driver utility. If issues, next try latest on Intel's site. Finally, try those suggested in device manager (double-click graphics, and same w/audio, and choose 'Update Driver...' from there). Always reboot, then re-try Kodi.

For Beelink BT3, the device manager route driver update method is what worked best for me, with these drivers...

April 1 build is perfect w/Dell 3050.

So it looks like there is a hardware limitation problem with the Intel NUC DN2820..

A couple of weeks Dell had a promotion on the 3050 for $80:Stare

$80 would have been an absolute steal for Dell 3050! I paid $125 shipped for used off eBay, but thankfully like-new. I was a little worried about PQ after initially watching Lon's review here, but maybe the driver at the time he tested wasn't the best/proper one.

I have one last Intel h/w to test before I settle on a box... Intel BOXD34010WYK1 D34010WYK1 i3-4010U Nerd.

It's a tough call as the lip-sync error (minor as it is) is indeed present w/DN2820 NUC, but also easily fixable by doing a quick skip-back/forward.

Big Grin... I gotta stop Smile! I'll eBay back what I don't keep. Right now, like I said, Dell 3050 is excellent w/April 1 build... but, the variance from build to build is a concern, not just for this, but any presently working h/w. I know it's still early stages w/@afedchin's efforts, and hopefully we'll get more h/w working properly as development matures further w/o costing functionality in certain others.

At least straight 2D & 3D MKV rips (via MakeMKV) work great in all h/w I've tested so far.

How much did you get the Intel D34010WYK1 i3-4010U for?

Same seller we both got DN2820 NUC from. He auto-accepted $130 + $12 shipping. Just be aware this has a mini-HDMI port though, so you need a mini-HDMI to standard HDMI cable. Also, it takes mSATA SSD vs. the more common 2.5" SSD's.

He did offer me the same price, not a bad deal, you are worst than meLaugh

Now I have to make decision on what to purchase i3 Skylake or settle with a cheap model for the meantimeBlush

I don't think there's a point to Skylake at this time... you're better off w/an MVC option that works reliably at the cheapest price possible, then upgrade to Kaby Lake at the end of the year.

Yes, resistance is futile w/me Wink, but really just trying out different Intel h/w in order to settle on one (if I can ever manage to... ha, ha). I'm embracing Windows after being away from it for Kodi use at least since Win7. Win10 is better (faster boot-up, and using tablet mode w/tiles). Plus, Launcher4Kodi helps a lot to give it a set-top box, media player feel. Not to mention, both HD Netflix and HD Amazon VOD, etc., which all you can't get on any Android TV box. I'm using the Minix A2 Lite air-mouse, along w/my Harmony, so I can navigate around Win10 and Kodi w/o issues.
