When I try to launch any psx ROM it fails to download and to unzip, it looks like it doesn't download anything
Been searching for any solution but no luck.

I'm personally having issues on my end (with OpenELEC) getting up to that 99%. On my Raspberry Pi2, I feel like a lot of the ARM emulation isn't quite up to where it is for say Windows. Like, for Playstation it's extremely slow. This could be because the Pi just isn't capable of the speed because of it's processor/ram. BUT, if you're using the BIOS and the emulator isn't doing a lot of "emulation" (it's just passing the requests off to the BIOS right?) it shouldn't be that big a deal. Maybe I don't fully understand the whole emulation bit entirely. But it seems to me, that if the Playstation (1) is an older CPU than say the PSP, but the PSP is emulating fine for a lot of people, then the Playstation should be just as good. Same for like GameBoy... I can emulate GameBoy Advance just fine. It's a better/newer/faster CPU than the GameBoy was. But when I emulate the GameBoy on my Pi, it's a slugging 10 fps.
These issues don't belong HERE though. Since this is a Lakka/RetroArch issue. IARL on the other hand works like a dream (as long as the sources in the "Archive" are available). It sorts the games, gives you box art, screen art/videos, downloads and launches exactly like it should. I still need to work out how to make the DOWNLOAD bit work. I typically just run the 0 storage option and let it erase the game when I'm done playing. But if I can configure IARL to download and keep a game, that would be awesome. But for now, I have a full No-Intro Romset on my computer already, and just copy over ROMs I want to keep. For a quick game, using IARL works itself right into that niche. I love it!

Nice list.. is this for Android or something running OpenELEC, or a Raspberry Pi? I ask because your "subject" of the spreadsheet says x64, which makes me think it's for something like Windows, etc.
According to your list, I'd still need help setting up the systems that run MAME (Coleco, Apple, C64), I'd need to set up (and have IARL working with) Atari 5200, Atari 7800, PSP, PlayStation, Dreamcast, Saturn, GameCube, DOS, Skumm. Chances are though these later systems run horribly. But that might be because of my device.
