Are there any bugs with a N3050 Intel NUC compared to my Celeron 2955U Asus Chromebox? I need a box that powers on by remote because of better WAF.

My Beebox N3050 powers on/off no problem.

Power on by IR from complete power down, not suspend?

I doubt you can (unless using something like iscsi) as you need to directly connect the drive to the host in order to access the partitions tables, which isn't usually accessible when mounting disks over a network.
As per the note in the first post you can try booting the HTPC with a LiveCD/LiveUSB (eg. SystemRescueCD) and then use gparted to resize the partitions - it only takes a few minutes.
Alternatively, backup your existing data using the LibreELEC Settings "backup" option, install LibreELEC from an official disk image (this will create a 512MB FAT partition while also wiping all your data), then restore your data. You should then be able to upgrade to one of these test builds.
Edit: Or remove the drive from the HTPC and connect it to your PC that is running Mini Partition Tool. Personally, I'd take the LiveCD/LiveUSB approach.

In my Toshiba laptop touchpad is working in "absolute" mode. When I tap in the center, cursor goes immediately to center of the screen. When I tap left corner, cursor goes immediately to left corner of the screen. It is not possible to select item near edge of the screen.
Tested on build #1120. Old builds working fine (#0423 for example). There was a suggestion that problem is in libinput config (evdev was working fine).
Touchpad works fine in Kodi 17.0~git20161121.0200-7285a76 @ Ubuntu 16.04 from Wsnipex ppa.
Hardware: Toshiba Satellite Pro A40-C.
lspci
dmesg
debug log
Xorg.0.log from Ubuntu 16.04
Similar problem occurs in ThinkPad T440p.
Thanks for any help,
Waldek.
