I just installed LibreElec Kodi on my Asus Chromebox but I can't figure out how to change the default skin?

I tried to ask on the LibreElec forum, but I can't activate my account over there because their server never sent out an activation email.

I'm really lost! Any help appreciated!!

Every time I click GET MORE skins, nothing happens?

But LibreElec says that my ethernet connection is working?
