After upgrading to Kodi 17 Krypton on my Sony XBR-75X855C TV, some of MKVs file doesn't play. Disabled all hardware acceleration and the problem persists.

Looking through your log now. So does this happen with any .mkv file you play or just the one in your log file? If you revert back to 16 with the similar settings do you have any repeat problems with the same files.

Yeah - broken Firmware. Just disable DTS in the settings. For the but, but, but: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=289735

With Kodi 17 happens with some files.
With Kodi 16 there are no problems with all the files.

I'll try to disable DTS and audio passthrough and post the results.

After disabling the audio passthrough, the video files are playing with some freezing.
