When I'm watching recorded TV with comskip, I get an annoying pop-up announcing each commercial skip point with the number of minutes. I have comskip output set to txt,edl and vdr. I also have an advanced settings XML with edl in it. How do I stop the pop-ups? All other notifications are disabled.

So a PR 11008 was submitted to provide an advanced setting to toggle the notification on/off but it was rejected. It seems like TPTB wanted the setting exposed in the UI but the PR author never did this/gave up.

Yeah, the original PR should have been rejected without that. It is ridiculously annoying.
