Not really. The skins might look similar, but the underlying code is very different. Simply pulling everything from the original wouldn't work. There's simply much more to change in the mod than in the original. Aside from the syntax, which could be batch renamed, the entire PVR section needs revisions, etc... And since things like that require careful adaptation, this would mean that I would simply have to start supporting the alphas.
The Nightlies are unstable, so I would never really be able to tell if it's something inside that broke the code, or if the code itself was broken, and it's just that particular nightly build that brought it out. Add to that the fact that very few users actually use the nightlies; add to that the fact that a Leia version wouldn't work on Krypton anymore, and that I would have to maintain double the code, and you'll understand why I'm hesitant to do anything before the first Leia beta comes out.
When she hits beta, it will allow me to retire Krypton development altogether, start using Leia in a much more proper and stable iteration, and transition everything nicely. Those who like to be on the (reasonable) forefront of development will help me test the skin throughout the betas for the vast majority of users that will update only when Leia hits release, or even 18.1.
