Unable to connect

I have Kodi 17,3 installed on my Firestick. When I attempt to add a source I am getting the following "Unable to Connect" "Couldn't retrieve directory information. This could be due to the network not being connected. Would you like to add anyway ?"
I have checked the status and it shows that I am connected and everything else works without issue

I have the exact issue. I have followed numerous videos to provide assistance, from bypassing firewall, to settings inside Kodi. Still giving me the same error
