If I connect through the AVR I get no responce from the controller. HDMI passthrough is enabled in the AVR. When KODI boots I get an information box saying the Pulse 8 CEC has connected TV-AVR-X2300W.

When I go into settings->system->input->peripherals no devices are shown so I cannot set the CEC settings.

Please can someone help.

Regards Trevor

The Denon probably can't passthrough CEC, I guess it has some CEC functionality itself? Maybe if you disable that it might work, but I'm pretty sure it's not a Kodi/LibreELEC error.

CEC does work if I connect directly to the TV but I cannot see any CEC settings even when connected directly to the TV. Can you see CEC on your peripheal settings?

Trevor

I'm using the RPi behind a HDMI Matrix and already realised with stable LE8, that the matrix couldn't passthrough cec, so I guess it's the same problem for you.

Did you allow installing from unknown sources in the settings?

yes

The last good release with working 3D ISO is #0706. Starting from #0707 and up is all the same. The video will play but the image is heavily distorted, flipped and stuttering.

Here is log file if this can help. Kodi is not crashing and I can exit movie.

Thanks for all hard work.

Does it make a difference if you play the iso with setting "simplified menu" or "main movie" (Settings->Discs->Bluray->)?

https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2614973

I just tested it again using simplified menu. It works. Strange.

The issue still exist and it is a glitch. Simplified menu works only when you play disk from beginning. If you partially watched movie and want to go back to saved mark you end up with distorted video just like having option of playing main movie only.

Popcornmix it started from #0707.

Well, with #707, some changes went into the bluray handling: [bluray] Blu-ray updates (PR:12339, 5 commits, 11 files changed)
So far, according to the debug logs, it seems to me the MPLS access, the path, is handled different for "main movie" and "simplified menu".
Starting around this line in debug log:
(main movie setting): CDVDInputStreamBluray::OpenMVCDemuxer(): Opening MVC extension stream at /BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts
(simpl. menu setting):CDVDInputStreamBluray::OpenMVCDemuxer(): Opening MVC extension stream at udf://%2fstorage%2fvideos%2f3D-full-sample.iso/BDMV/STREAM/00001.m2ts

The debug log files:

simpl. menu: https://pastebin.com/61nsdtRY

main movie: https://pastebin.com/Xj4XUKby

yes

Yes via settings - 》AddOn -》 can be installed zip

But it does not work from the main window -》 AddOn

It's never worked, and is not an issue specific to these test builds:

My testing yielded a black screen too, but only on certain emulators. Others worked. Can you try different emulators/platforms?

Same situation here, for at least 40+ releases.

Hi,

My live tv stuttering issues seems to be fixed with build 0726, although i never tried 0725 so that could be the build that fixed it.
I seem to have the odd crash when switching channels on the fly, but its ok if i stop what im watching first, before starting something new.
As soon as im home ill post some logs, but glad the stuttering issue has gone. Big Grin

Thanks Bucky...

Crash log and debug log, crashed while watching live tv and switching channels..

You were correct. Different SNES emulator resolved the problem.

Yes, crash log shows it crashes in "PVR::CPVRGUIActions::SwitchToChannel" so presumably caused by the recent PVR channel switch rework.
A crash log from a debug build may provide more information for the devs, but I'll link to your log as it is.

Is there a latest debug build, the latest one i could find was 0722z.

(2017-07-25, 18:21)agb2 Wrote: Refresh button.
On #724 the Refresh button in the VideoInfo window no longer exists.
It isn't there at all on Estuary and is greyed out in Confluence and derivatives.
This wasn't mentioned in the 'Changes to the skinning engine for Kodi Leia' thread
https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=298565
Since I don't normally use Estuary, it may have gone missing ages ago.
I can't say for certain that #724 is the first build with this situation in Confluence, but I do use the button
quite a bit, so I would think I'd have noticed.
Any ideas?

No one else seeing this?
Should I post in some other forum? It does appear to be LE 18 related,

For the emulators that don't work, can you find the core at https://github.com/kodi-game and open an issue? This would help us track down which cores still need more work. Thanks!
