v17 Scraped m3u8 file redirects to bing url in kodi log, but plays fine in vlc?

Question
I'm scraping some sites with live streams and came across some m3u8 links that look like this
http://env-0517592.jl.serv.net.mx/tmg.m3...e878fd2ed6

When trying it in VLC it works fine, but when trying to play the link after scraping in via an addon Kodi gets redirected to the bing website. It there anyway from preventing the redirect or is there anyway to get Kodi to play the file?

Log can be found here.

Please upload your FULL log to a website like pastebin.com or similar, instead of plastering it directly onto the forum.

Sorry about that. I've uploaded the full log and linked to the pastebin post. I suspect it's an issue with how CurlFile::Open() takes the link. It seems like it's cutting off the parameters because they come after ampersands.
