Yes, issue with #1211, ok with #1210
 Estuary MOD V2
Same issue here, also a nuc, but a 7th gen i5
About audio issues with #1211 - yes, must be due to the ALSA/AE changes. Stick with #1210 for now.

The audio issue is reproducible on Ubuntu so is not an LE-specific issue, will try and identify the troublesome PR.

Edit: The problem PR is

I've replaced #1211 with #1211b, which reverts PR13171. You may need to reselect/reconfigure your audio device as it may now be defaulting to an incorrect output device.

Ive got an Apollo Lake NUC - NUCCAYH, each version I have tried randomly crashes and restarts KODI with my hardware (Sometimes minutes, sometimes an hour, but always seems to crash eventually).  What would be the currently recommended build to use with my NUC, the most recent 1211b?

Id like to start using it more frequently, and will post debug/crash logs or anything else requested to help.

It's probably an add-on, but upload the crashlog.

Another thing I just notices and I'm not sure if it's Kodi or the Twitch addon.
Streams in Twitch really bug out after some time.

Because I'm still sick I turned on a 24/7 stream channel, fell asleep and woke up about 8 hours later.
The stream was all choppy and sound was gone. It looked like it buffered 5-10 seconds of the stream, played them back within 1 second, hung on the last frame and started over again.
Stopping and restarting the stream fixed it.

Not sure what's the cause. Maybe the stream gets written inro RAM, played back but the already played part gets "stuck" in RAM while there's more and more data put in there?
I don't know. First time noticing this because usually I don't have streams longer than 2-3 hours.

For the diagonal tearing with VDPAU, I did some quick testing with all but one of the builds I expected to have caused it. No luck so far.
Only expection I haven't testet so far is the ffmpg(x) change in #1113.

I'll keep you updated.

Any log for that?
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
