I was able to reproduce it in Leia using version 1.0.1 but not with 1.0.2. It looks the update is not yet in the repository, so have you used the version in github?

Strange but error is showing when I play music from my library.I didnt start TubeCast
I try in mine skin-mod, didn't try with default skin....

Edit: same is with estuary, when player is activ, error is present in log

Ah thanks, I was finally able to reproduce. I think I know what the problem is, will have a look in the afternoon. In fact it should be fixed as quick as possible since it probably means the addon is attempting to report playback to youtube even when no youtube video is playing.

Tubecast not working for me, I have an error when I try to generate a pairing code and I can't cast from youtube. someone have a solution ?

Please provide a proper log file. SSL errors are not related to the plugin but with Kodi itself. Are you running kodi krypton? My guess is that you're using some fork or older version of kodi (Jarvis had issues with SSL connections iirc).

@MrCryllix can you test if the issue still persists in the current Leia nightly? Not much I can do as a python dev. I can add code to avoid certificate verification (default as false)
