I'm trying to use MMAL instead of OMXplayer, but have no luke, with all my movie content.

With MMAL, I offen see jitter and studdering, when the movie is making a pan in a sceene.

I want to see the movie, in the original framerate on my TV, so I use "adjust display refresh rate to match video" and "sync playback to display", and a Whitelist setting. 
My TV is switching fine on 25fps(50fps) and 24fps for some Bluray ISO's. But I still see jitter and studdering, on "fast" movie motions.

My setup:
RPI2 built #817 
Local USB harddisk (movies).

Btw. I can playback all my contend with OMXPlayer, without any problems.

A second thing is i have a problem with Retroplayer. I am unable to run cue/bin or isos of psx. When i try to open it appears the loading logo appears 1-2 seconds but after dissapers and nothing happens. The isos are totally fine as they work in Retropie. This issue is persistent from the last update of the libreto addons

Can you try tonight's build?

And the "Snes9x" emu seems broken i was trying to load some roms and the system always crashes or hangs. Some roms like "Fas east of Eden Zero" and other are not compatible with the Snes9x 2010 core.

Can you post debug logs so I can see the exact steps needed to reproduce?

I need help with a new box i buy for the raspberry. It cames with swith off and reset buttons but i was not capable of install the pcb driver in librelec.

For general issues with LibreELEC there's the LibreELEC forum. You might be able to get someone to help you with your driver, or you might have more luck contacting the vendor that sold it to you.

- Where can I find the moonlight and mpd client/server addons? I currently use those by running them from a Gentoo chroot + some systemd trickery for moonlight, but it would be nice if I could use the official (alpha) addons.

moonlight is most probably broken and may not be fixed as maintenance (if my memory serves) is proving to be a problem.

mpd breaks for various reasons. I built it a little while ago but may require a new build which I've just uploaded - have a look here.

If you have a requirement to use third-party add-ons then I would suggest avoiding these test builds, and stick to the official LibreELEC releases.

- I usually configure CEC to put the TV on standby when the screensaver starts. This does not seem to work anymore. Turning the TV on from standby when the screensaver stops works fine, so it seems libcec is working.

Not sure, hopefully someone else can help - if this problem started recently then identifying the first non-working build from the builds published in this thread will help enormously.

- I tried the new libretro feature. Installed thr fbalpha addon for arcade games, but none of the games start. They work fine on my PC when using retroarch. I am not at home at the moment, but I will provide a log when at home.

Debug logging isn't enabled, so I'm not sure what exactly is wrong, but it looks like Kodi thinks the .cue is a video file or audio file. Try adding this to advancedsettings.xml:

i activate  the debug settings i make some test.

As you indicate there was a problem with the file formats detected as videos, and is solved creating the advancedsettings.xml as you indicated. Now when i select a cue i get the menu to choose an emulator.

Unluckily when i select the pcsx-rearmed the system totally freezes.

Also i tried again to load rom with "snes9x" emulator and after with "snes9x 2010". Black screen with snes9x, the rom load with "snes9x 2010" but there is low performance that i do not remember before, i have rpie 3B+

Other test mGBA emulator works but also low performance, which is the recommended GBA emulator?

Also i tried genesis/megadrive Genesis plus GX with roms and with segacd cue/bin and works fine. The picodrive emulator seems not to work. I tried also in the past and never works for me.

Finally i test Beetle PCE FAST emulator with roms and also with isos and works fine.
