I'm tryng yo upload a scrrenshot of my browser but I don't understand how to do... I can tell you that near the reply button there is nothing...
I will try to finf ffmpeg version 4 

 It might be one of the Kodi forum policies that don't enable some features until you have posted 10 links or been on here a certain amount of time.
Try asking the moderators to do it for you.

f you don't want someone to steal your account either delete the link from the post with the Edit button or remove it from paste.kodi.tv.
If you can't then ask @DarrenHill to kindly do it for you.

Do not change it in your m3u file.
It looks like that is what you have done.

 Try recording something on a desktop machine with ffmpeg version 4.
It might be your version 3 isn't new enough for your streams.

You should be able to write to anywhere that Kodi has write permissions.
Use the Backspace or Back key to back out of the temp folder and you should get to the top of the Kodi folders tree.

Thank you very much. I chose an smb folder now. But first i tried a local folder. There was no problem to record a movie.
With the smb folder i can make a recording job. After the time i find a new subfolder with the name of the movie on the smb folder. So kodi can write there. But there is no movie file in it. Which entry is wrong in the settings?

Use the Backspace or Back key to back out of the temp folder and you should get to the top of the Kodi folders tree.

Kodi Recordings Folder = your smb share
ffmpeg exe = your ffmpeg location

Did you make a new recording after you changed the folder location?
Does it still reliably record to the default temp folder?

I set up a windows machine and everything works, any idea where to find a compiled version 4 of ffmpeg ?
