Yes, last night I got Yahoo Weather app error message yet the forecast "seemed" correct. Failed on KODI 17.6 on an NVIDIA Shield and Raspberry PI.

the current version of the yahoo weather addon will work on kodi 17 and kodi 18.
earlier kodi versions are no longer supported.

You can download the last version of the add-on from here: https://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/leia/scri...e.urllib3/
Then save or copy the zip file to a "source" defined in "File Manager" (Kodi Settings/System)
Then install the zip file using the "Install from zip file" option in "Add-ons" (Kodi Settings/System)
