Broken Yahoo! Weather
Yes, last night I got  Yahoo Weather app error message yet the forecast "seemed" correct. Failed on KODI 17.6 on an NVIDIA Shield and Raspberry PI.
Same here
So older Kodi version no longer supported.

Any weather service that will still work on Helix?

Hello guys,

I'm using Kodi (18.0 GIT20190211-6398b02) installed on Xiaomi Mi Box S with Yahoo Weather v504.

1st issue : When going to weather section of kodi, on the top banner every status is set as "Busy"
2nd issue : Below the weather section, I have some weather info but only for one of the 4 cities configured

Someone is experiencing the same issues ?

Thanks in advance.
Hello Ronie,

i use Kodi with german language but the Outlook Description is in english Sad In widget the Outlook Description is in german, but in the daily or hourly view is the Description in english.

the current version of the yahoo weather addon will work on kodi 17 and kodi 18.
earlier kodi versions are no longer supported.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to remove the unsupported versions from the official Kodi Repo.
The Yahoo! Weather app just went out totally on all my devices. No readings at all. Let's just hope it's temporary.

Windows 10 desktop and (2) Intel NUC's running Libreelec 9.0.1

Same thing happened here. I have four devices - two Windows 10, two Android TVs. All running the Arctic Zephyr skin. Yahoo weather isn't working on any of them.
I think it might be the update to urllib3 from version 1.24.1 to 1.25.1   When it updates to 1.25.1 yahoo weather don't work

That's what i found in my case
Im running Kodi Leia 18.2
Yes indeed... reverting (back) to urllib3 (1.24.1) restores add-on operation (don't forget to disable automatic updates in add-on settings).

Running Kodi 18.1 (Leia) with LibreELEC 9.0.1 (RPi2.arm) on RPi3 B+

Thanks.
Likewise on my side, Yahoo! Weather no longer works on the Kodi 18.2 of my Nvidia Shield and LibreELEC 9.0.1 on my Raspberry Pi 3.

I don't see a way to revert back - at least on my Windows 10 install. Mine shows 1.25.1 with no options to go back.

You can download the last version of the add-on from here: https://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/leia/scri...e.urllib3/

Then save or copy the zip file to a "source" defined in "File Manager" (Kodi Settings/System)

Then install the zip file using the "Install from zip file" option in "Add-ons" (Kodi Settings/System)

Thanks - it worked !
@ronie, I managed to make it work again.
It seems to be an easy fix. I changed in the add-on

to
