Hello Everyone,

is there a way to use filters and effects like for example sharpness and movie grain in VLC.

I would realy like to sharpen my episodes and movies and add some movie grain while watching them on kodi.

That depends on the video chip/card and its video driver in the Kodi device.

Im missing VDPAU - Noise Reduction and VDPAU - Sharpness for some strange reason got an NVIDIA GTX 1070 Strix

My example comes from Ubuntu Linux with Nvidia's own driver package.
What do you have running Kodi on?

Windows PC running installed kodi i9 9900K GTX 1070 Strix

and my Nvidia Shield.

The Shield is the only device i really care for to get use of those options.

anyone got an idea how to get post-processing on nvidia shield tv ?
