Only one of those devices is even Google Android TV Certified:

https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidTV/comme...son_table/

Both of them will NOT stream Netflix using the Android TV App.

Unless you are a gambler, and want to roll the KM3 / KM 9 Pro dice with some side loaded App installs, see HERE (click)

Be aware in the past such hacks were eventually cracked down upon by Google and old Mecool devices and others using hacks can no longer use the Android TV Netflix App.

The Jetstream 4K Ultra is sold as the Engel EN1015K in Europe.

Pretty good, you know better my friend, but I was looking for larger cappacities (3-4gb ram, 16-32gb rom, dual boot so I can install coreelec, streaming satelite channels, netflix). I don't know if there is any box to do all theese, is it?
And if we raise the limit to 130$ is there any?
Sorry if I not being expert and ask silly questions

Hi, they are not silly questions... Wink

The problem is getting decent cheap Hardware that is both Google Certified & Netflix Approved for HD/4K copy protected video streaming.

The closest to what you want is the Mecool KM3 / KM Pro Deluxe, and sideload Netflix ATV App - but you must have read the WARNING in the previous https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2892327

No idea if such a Google Certified device can be Rooted - probably Not - but do self research over in on the Freaktab forums, S905X2 section.

The Kodi Leia Netflix Addon would likely work, streaming and hardware decoding Netflix in HD/4K on such Google Certified Android TV devices due to their Legit Widevine L1 DRM status.

I tried with netflix premium acount, both apks log in succesfull, but when I try to play any movie, give me the tvp-pb-103 (1.10.5005) error.
I tried the "CastagnaIT/plugin.video.netflix forked from caphm/plugin.video.netflix" with success but only with 540 SD. Do you know if I have better hopes with any off theese two options - paths, or I must stop to searching further (is the 540SD the hardware limit in Netflix with Mecool KM3?)
Thank in advance for your pattient and time.

If you ran CoreELEC Kodi from a Samsung EVO or Sandisk Class 10 U1 microSDHC I pretty sure the S905X2 chipset would be able to do SW decoding of 1080p Netflix original content using the Kodi Netflix Addon.
Linux Kodi is a bit different vs Android Kodi when using that Addon, you will often get higher resolution streaming.

Last question if you know. I have tried coreelec, until the first screen (desktop of coreelec). It seems that freezs with no response of factory remote control. What do you think, something wrong with the setup or maybe I need an air mouse to work it. Thank you my friend

All CoreELEC Kodi help and device setup is done over on their actual forums:
