On my kodi at the moment, every film I watch there is a glowing outline around everyone's faces and hair in the darker scenes. Any tips to get rid?

Give us a proper screenshot (not with a phone camera) so we can judge what it is.

Thank you, I've tried to screenshot but it's only showing when it's playing not when I've took the screenshot.

that probably means the problem is not in kodi. if you took a screenshot and didn't see those artifacts in the screenshot, may be something with your graphic properties or even your cables...
