On the Apple TV I can't put in a password on the channel settings from the Retrospect settings or Kodi freezes, username is no problem. For Stevie, VRT NU, ...
Also on the change vault pin. When I want to put in a pin Kodi freezes
I am using Apple TV 4K, tvOS 13.3, Kodi 17.6, Retrospect 5.1.3
But it also happens on the Kodi 19 nightlies
Only on Apple TV. On iPhone, iPad, Mac no problems.
Thanks

And sorry to bother you so soon in the new year ;-)

Interesting. Seems like somehow there is an issue with showing dialogs. Could you try setting it from the add-on settings without actually being in Retrospect?  So got to "My Add-ons" and try setting it up there.

And do you use a different skin on the Apple TV 4K?

It’s the same issue if i set it up there.
And no, its the default skin

Ok. Do you even get a dialog to insert a new pin? Or not even that?

So what build of Kodi are you using? Because there are no official 19.x nightlies for Apple TV 4k?

Ok, I have somebody in the Kodi team that can reproduce it. We will look into it.

Basje i have now the kodi-20200110-6e017a30-master-tvos and Retrospect 5.1.4 installed and no errors on the passwords.
But I can not watch all content. Is it because I can not install widevine on the Apple TV? Is there a work around for that?

Good to hear that. I discussed the issue internally and it was fixed.

I don't think there is an InputStream Adaptive add-on for TVOS yet. So you will have to wait for that. You will need it for 90% of the content.

Just install from the Kodi repo. No need to look for a right version.

Well, for Kodi 17.6 Retrospect is not in the repository yet so you will need to get it from GitHub here: https://github.com/retrospect-addon/plug...t/releases

If that file can't install they you are missing dependencies, which might be related to your distribution (OpenElec, LibreElec, OSMC, etc). Check your kodi.log for more details. If you need more help from me, enable debug logging in Kodi, try installing it again. Post the logfile on https://paste.kodi.tv/ and paste the resulting link here.
