I did not see a developers forum section so I hope that this is in the right location.

I am looking for an experienced Add-On and Skin developer to do some contract work for a Kodi project.

Thanks for a link into that forum location.

I was actually looking for a developer that I might be able to contract for a small project that would be able to do some Kodi Customization's and Add-On development but can look around more to see if there is any interest.
