tv_grab_file script is missing

Just installed kodi 18.7 on a R Pi. I have an external script that generates my xmltv.xml file for EPG data, and I just want tvheadend to read that file.

I've used the tv_grab_file script in the past for this, but it is not present in this new install. How can I get that EPG grabber?
