Arctic: Zephyr - Reloaded
Is there any way to filter out watched shows from the widgets? I have playlists I use to drive the widget content and get the green tick when the show is watched - Ideally I'd filter these out so I can have a widget only show whats remaining to be watched.  Its not possible to do this in the playlist itself at a show level, only episode level from what I can see.

The only thing i know, is using a playlist/widget like "(new) unwatched tvshows", located in "tv shows" -> "tv shows". Maybe that's what you want?

Is it possible to remove the TV Rating (PG, MA, etc.) and Last Episode Aired from appearing at the bottom of the screen?

There is already a setting for this, as I just saw. @fabricionaweb had this implemented a few month ago Smile The setting you can find in skin settings -> Furniture -> Select media flags.

There you can enable/disable the flags/infos you like Smile

Not quite as I want to be able to use it on my playlist widgets. Its more settings like you get on https://imgur.com/a/xLqgRIv   that control what shows on the widgets.

I know what you mean, but to my knowledge this is not possible on the skin side. In your screenshot you set the settings in the addon, not in the skin/widget. If you know a skin where this is possible, please let me know and I can see how it's implemented.

Yeah, thought as much. Could see some of those settings, like the number of items, in skin settings but wasn't sure how that was being controlled.  This was taken from Titan Mod which I used to use but grabbed a recent copy to check its still there.

Hi, I'm new to this skin (which looks very slick overall). Just one critique I have is that the fanart in many key views is dimmed/darkened by this gray overlay - which can make them barely visible.

I can actually see the overall benefit of this...because it can help obscure any quality issues in poorly designed images - and it creates a single uniform aesthetic. But I create my own fanart in PhotoShop, and I wish I could experience them a little more in the skin.

In case it's possible, can we have a setting to control the percentage/strength of that dark overlay?

Again, I wouldn't want to get rid of it because it has good benefits. But I feel if we could reduce the strength in certain cases, the fanart could stand out a little bit more while keeping with the dark-gray aesthetic.

Do you mean the background-fanart? Or the fanart in views, that are using fanarts in a list?

I think I mean the background fanart. I'm not near my Kodi system now, so I can't take screenshots.

But yesterday I clicked into my TV section. Then I tried different view/layout settings (List, Netflix, etc.) and came across this problem.

I hope that makes sense. But if not, when I get home in a few hours I'll take some screenshots to be more specific.

Have you tested this setting?

With this you can set the transparency of the background? I had chosen the name "brightness", because I think this is easier to understand.

See the difference:

Oh wow! That's exactly what I needed. Can't wait to test it out soon.

It never crossed my mind to try that because I assumed it referred to the screen brightness or something.

I can see how it's hard to effectively name something like that.
Literally, it controls how much of the wallpaper comes through the dark overlay.
So yeah, brightness makes sense now that I think about it.
Any other name would have to be multiple words lol!

PVR widgets are already included, so you can set a widget like the one, you have mentioned in skin settings - customize home menu Smile

I you need any further help, please let me know.

Showing epg titles on all items is not possible. You can just see title/epg-info from the current/focused item, but that depends on the home menu viewtype you have set.
