i'm using Kodi under Android TV Version 10 and installed the Addon Google Drive.
So i see my Video Files in Google Drive but no Pctures like jpeg or something else.

@khushalnath please do not post in all-caps. It is seemed as shouting and demanding, and is very disrespectful to other forum users.

My guess, your Android device has been updated to Kodi 19.
If you are using Kodi 19 and Google drive then you need to disable http2, because it's enabled by default.
Google Drive doesn't work ok with http2.

That's not something related with Kodi only, Google Drive in general doesn't like http2.
For example if you mount your Google Drive in Windows, linux, Mac with rclone, rclone warns you NOT to enable http2 for Google Drive.
http2 ih Google Drive causes exactly what you are experiencing, the stream to stop in about a minute and any attempt to seek the stream makes Kodi to freeze.

Create an advancedsettings.xml
and add on it

true :

<advancedsettings>
  <network>
    <disablehttp2>true</disablehttp2>
  </network>
</advancedsettings>

2.9.4 network
 <disablehttp2>false</disablehttp2> <!-- Added in v19- Allows disabling HTTP2 for broken Curl / HTTP2 servers -->

That's not possible, because the links are dynamic and they expire.
If you want something like that (your files to be opened in any application in your system) your only option is to mount your Google Drive as a local disk.
rclone is the best software for this purpose.

The process is the same for any OS.
What differs is the location of the userdata folder where advancedsettings.xml should be placed.
Create the file in Windows, copy it in a usb disk mount it in your android installation and copy paste the file.
Kodi's userdata folder in Android in most cases is loacated at

Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/userdata/

Google Drive is working perfectly for me, but unfortunately Google Photos is not. I get error 400 "invalid value", I clicked report when the error popped up. I just logged in, are there further steps to setup google photos?

Don't expect people to do simple things for you. We all started not knowing "how to do this process" but we searched and learned. Dealing with Kodi is not simple and you do need to learn how to do some things by yourself - it is expected from you to read the help pages and search the forum before you ask a question. I am here from 2009 and I have only 108 posts since then - I read and try to do things myself but I also try to contribute and help others from time to time.

The link he provided is not for windows but for all platforms, including Android. It tells you about advancedsettings.xml file. Kodi doesn't have a special GUI section to modify its advanced settings, so you need to tell it what to modify. That's why you need to create that file and tell kodi which advanced setting or settings to modify.
The file does not exist untill you make it and put it in a specific location (your userdata folder) on your device. See the links to find out where to put it.
You just need to create a text file, call it advancedsettings.xml, open it in notepad (or some other text editor) and paste the code in it. Then save it and put it in the specified location on your device. That will disable http2 (in this case) and maybe fix your problem. The problem you have may not be a problem for other people on Android 11 so the solution you have here might not be a solution at all. Try it. Nobody will really know what is causing your problem if you don't provide a log file. The log file is also in your Kodi data folder.
