From what i tested it worked... 

Tried it on both android and windows, I only get the rating not the top 250 #, can someone else confirm I'm not going mad lol

No luck at my end. I tried deleting skin and skin settings also deleted simplecache db and textures 13. Still the same only get rating.

Hey thanks for making this skin. You literally work on this every day which shows how much you care about this, which is awesome!
One request I have is, if possible, to make a secondary small menu in vertical layout that will show settings, add-ons and power options.
This will be useful for regular users in order to focus only on main menu which typically is tv shows and movies.

Yeah sorry. I will bring Titan Bidgie Mod here as an example (I know you said you are making something unique but that is the only skin I know that has this feature). The menu here looks broken because I switch off the cosmic skin just to take this screenshot.

Oh, I see.
I don't know if I want to add this feature If so, I see it in different place. Under the "Switch Profile" with button called "Common shortcuts". And then it will open context menu with those shortcuts.
