Adding the Artwork Dump addon, I'll get exactly the same artwork from the scrapers (TMDB and TVDB) but it will be stored locally where I have my movie and tv show files. Is that correct?Yes, it simply downloads the original artwork that Kodi has cached during the scraping process.

Issue with Artwork Dump
Error : Could not save image to file: /storage/XXXXXX
It worked fine for a while then it started giving this message and does not work anymore only this hard drive...
I checked and it worked fine for roughly a hundred movies.
Can somebody help me?
