I see the author is tvaddons.ag, but unfortunately their forum is a bit of a desolate wasteland.

Does anyone know who the owner of the "USTVnow Live" plug-in?

...I'm interested in starting up a GitHub for it & continue its development.

Thanks for pointing that out, but I'm well aware of Lunatixz's build (v12.0.3).

...perhaps you meant to say that the build I referenced is a relic of Lunatixz's work? The author of the build I'm focused on is 'tvaddons.ag'.

My plugin is officially supported by USTVnow and is still under active development.

The tvaddon version of my plugin is older, not actively developed, and filled with bloated prompts.
