Just curious as im starting to add thumbnails for my stuff in custom folders now and im using the 16x9 view, what is the optimal size for creating .tbn for 16x9 view?
im running at 1920x1080 so the 16x9 view is pretty big.
i know the Thumbnails Wiki
says 182x256 but i dont see this being right for the 16x9 view.
any suggestions?
also on a sort of related note, i dont suppose theres a way to have a .GIF or perhaps even a short video clip play?
my idea was in relation to F1, i have my F1 folder setup pretty good now and im about to make thumbs for individual video files, for example Practice, Quali, PreRace, Race, Press Conference etc.
My idea was to see if there is a way to for example when showing the PreRace.MKV instead of showing a bland boring thumb, play a short video clip in the box of the BBC F1 intro?
maybe a bit over the top but i think it would be cool.
