Thank you for the answer it looks good. I may go with it. The CPU's are more thn I wanted to spend though. I realize this is nowhere near as good. But could this be used to run a NAS? It is 127.00 for CPU and motherboard. I could get by really cheap if that is the case.

You can use a cheap dual core celeron for round about 40$ on the first board. Could be a bit more powersaving than the amd board you postet.
The amd has 8 sata ports.
I would choose depending on the available slots for hdds. If you can fit 8 hdds in your case, take the second board.
