I think iWidget was the cause too. (LockInfo is installed on my iPhone but not on the iPad, and NoLockScreen not on the iPhone).
But I cannot restore the iPad because of a problem with iOS 5.1.1... and iOS 6 isn't jailbroken...

I've to find wich files have been modified by iWidget and fix it manually.. Arg..
