When you have Constellation set up so that the navigation area is a swipe area... once you make the perfect square, you double tap in the swipe area to exit the calibration (there's also the 'back' button just to the left of the nav circle, the kind of "u-turn' looking button)
If I'm confused about what you were referencing, you'll have to repost with either more explanation and/or screenshots.

Old screenshot, but if you have "Arrow Navigation" (like in the screenshot) you touch the button just left, top of the three to go back... if you have "Swipe Navigation" (the arrow spot in screenshot is empty) you can either touch that same button or double tap in the swipe area.
