So, I finally created a ticket for this -> http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/11856

I have to say, the 2 videos in the first post of this topic don't show the problem I still have. The problems which are visible in the videos are fixed now and they also occured later after the dirty region merge so it was another problem.
