Mac Mini Performance question
#1
Ok so I have a Mac Mini (late 2009)that is a Core2Duo@ 2.26GHZ, 4Gb of RAM, and an Nvidia 9400M graphics card. I'm thinking about getting one of the new Mac Mini's however the base model for those comes with an Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphics solution as apposed to my current Nvidia. I'm concerned about performance... How well does the Intel HD Graphics 3000 fair against the Nvidia 9400M? I know that the Core i5 processor in the new MacMini is definitely better than the Core2Duo but the graphic card has me in a loop. I have mostly 1080P content on a 46inch Panasonic Plasma. Oddly enough I seem to have more of a performance hit when playing 720P content than I do 1080P content... Anyhow, any thoughts?
