hey guys,
i just replaced my freenas server with ubuntu 11.04 all for XBMC. It just looked so awesome, but now im starting to wonder if maybe it was too good to be true. i finally just got xbmc all installed and my hdd formated and i went to play a movie and i keep getting these random lines throughout the picture......almost like flickering......also the movie i was playing was a 1080p version of arthur that was crystal clear on my wdtv......i can tell u now that what xbmc was playing was nothing close to 1080p.......even though the xbmc menus look sharp and clear and like 1080.
can someone help me?
any help would be appreciated.
oh and also, all my hardware is brand new. dualcore amd black 3.3 and integrated ati radeon 4850.........so that shouldnt be the problem.....
