Hi everyone.
I have been having a few issues recently with videos buffering a lot. I think standard ones are usually fine but 720p and up do it all the time. I have tried to look around, and I have found a few threads, each with no real answer. The PC that is playing the videos is/should have enough power.
Server:
Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit)
AMD Phenom II 4x 965 3.4GHz
4 GB Ram (3.25)
Gigabit ethernet connection
Player:
XBMC Live 10.1 (With Ubuntu version that comes with it)
ASUS AT5IONT-I-DELUXE
4GB Ram
Gigabit ethernet connection
I am using a Belkin N1 rougher. I noticed that when I run the movies, the CPU is about 25%. I don't think the computer is using the full capacity of the gigabit connection... But ill leave that up to you to decide, as I have attached a log file.
XBMC.log
I wasnt really sure how to cut down the log file so its probably a bit lopng, the movie in the log I was having issues with was "The Box" .
