Win7-64, XBMC 10.1, video card S-Video to old school tube TV. I have some AVIs that were ripped from a R2 DVD and they are 25fps. The two that I have watched so far are playing back just a little bit faster than what they should. XBMC has no issues with 23.976fps or 29.97fps. Is there a setting that I can simply turn on in XBMC that would correct this?

auto adjust refresh rate. But this will only work if your TV does 50Hz(it most certainly will not do 25p).
Maybe you also need to tell your GFX driver that the TV provides this refresh rate.
