Hey guys and girls,

My XBMC box is not updating the fact I have added a new Season of a TV show. It updates all other TV shows and movies fine but continuously skips 1. is there any way to do a force update of just one show?

if you drop into file mode you should be able to bring up the context menu and scan the individual directories into the library.

However, if it didn't do it automatically there has to be some reason for this. Perhaps there is some discrepancy between the naming on your system and on the tvdb (for example there seems to be a bit of a bru ha ha at the moment about the current Archer episodes being specials or part of Season 3 - if they are named as season 3 they will not be scraped).

I removed the folder from the library, performed an update then put it back in and let it update again, this seems to have fixed it.
