how can I start in a dedicated Profil with a startup-parameter or something else?

There is no startup parameter to specify which profile to use. XBMC remembers which profile was last used and opens that one.

You could have 3 profilesX.xml and a batch file or script that copies the correct profilesX to profile.xml then runs XBMC. Set login menu to false and for each file set either 0,1, or 2 as the <lastloaded>1</lastloaded> tag.

Please file a feature request ticket @ trac.xbmc.org so we do not forget about it. Note, this won't make it into the upcoming release (codenamed Eden) as we're currently in feature freeze.
