I have kiosk and touchscreen turned on..

on my touchscreen monitor when there is a movie playing, I move my finger or touch the screen and the on screen player remote shows up. I go to touch the stop pause or anything it jumps (goes away and comes back) and acts like I just touched the screen for the first time... ideas please help.
