So while it is mentioned in the settings it supports poster and fanart and you say it doesn't is then blatantly a lie and i will remove it at once.
A lot of assumptions were made (and mostly wrong) before i had time to look at and since no one even cared to share a logfile of what was happening or whatever i couldn't even care less any more about it.

Besides what do you think i added this to the OP

ONLY use http://pastebin.com/ or http://paste.ubuntu.com/ and post the link together with a description of the problem.

just for it to be ignored it seemed.

he posted the issue INCLUDING a Debug Log and guess what, i saw what the problem was and can fix it.
But i guess those rules don't apply to you then.

Yes, I'm not reporting a bug because as I said before, it seems to be an unsupported feature¹. Who can confirm that is (may be) a bug is only you. Be careful before to claim a lie.

[1] download/save the poster image to the movie folder.

The poster load fine on XBMC cache, just not copied/saved/downloaded to the movie folder.

Please can someone help. I have been trying to get fanart backdrops working for Actors but even though downloading fanart images themselves isnt a problem, I seem to be stuck with the default backdrop unlike the movie and tv show screens which work absolutely fine with fanart working as it should. Below are pictures to maybe better show what I mean..

no background fanart for actor - option set correctly?


not sure whats wrong but any help would be great!

Martijn, something I've noticed since the recent update. whenever I attempt to download Art, I get a script error. Prior to the update I had no problems.

I uninstalled and re-installed but the issue remains.
