A lot of things have changed in the skin. The most important changes are listed here:
If you feel the skin is slower than it should be, it might be worth deleting the content of the skinsettings section in guisettings.xml. This will reset this skins and any other skins settings to default and will make you lose all custom menu items and backgrounds of every skin!
- You will loose all your custom favourites in the main menu on the Home screen! You will have to reassign them in the skin settings.
- Assinging playlists and favorites to the main menu is now done in a separate window, accessible in Home window options --> Customize main menu. You can assign up to 5 custom favorites and playlists under a custom main menu item.
- All Home window options have been moved to Home window options --> Home screen options.
- You can access all home screen related options in the shutdown menu. Accessible by pressing "S" on the Home window.
- Most viewtype related settings are removed from the settings menu and are placed in the media menu.
- All video related settings are moved from the skin setings to the video osd. Accessible by pressing "M" when playing a video --> Misc. options.
- All music visualization related settings are moved from the skin setings to the music osd. Accessible by pressing "M" when the visualization is active --> Misc. options.
