Two movies recently added to my system suddenly have suffered an audio problem. Seems to happen only in one place in both of them. I skip forward and everything returns to normal. 5.1 sound is showing in the normal mode, then the audio drops out and the receiver shows PCM and 2Channel audio (although no sound is coming out).
The debug log shows some errors - one mentioning pulseaudio. I've searched for that and read many posts, but I don't really know what I'm looking for...or what steps I should now take. Some expert help would be appreciated.
This is the output of "aplay -l
My setup is in my sig. I'm running Dharma 10.0 I believe. I'm using HDMI (video) with optical audio. (I couldn't get audio over HDMI to work??)
The system has been as it is for a long time, so not sure why this has happened. Thx.
