Hi guys,

I'm new to all Linux stuff so my question might be little stupid ...

I cannot switch keyboard layout when running XBMC standalone. I've added 3 keyboards: US, FR, RU and selected "ctrl-shift" language toggling. Everything works great if XBMC is launched from Unity, BUT when I run it standalone i.e. as separate session, my keyboard does not switch! Here is my system:

Zotac with ION
Installed Ubuntu 11.10
Latest XBMC standalone

I'd really like to load XBMC standalone without Unity. Feel like it's something really simple, but was not able to find anything working so far.
