Harmony works but sometimes slips.

I have Harmony One and RC6 receiver (PLEX-HD).
its configured to do some action on the XBMC, however sometimes command are doing not what they suppose to.

For example:
1. When navigating the menu pressing down sometimes move actually up.
2. seeking in the video, sometimes change subtitles position to "above the video"
3. pressing ok something "exit"

Any idea what i'm missing ?
I'm not using EG, i just went with keymap.xml and mapping in the Harmony software.

I suggest you program your Harmony One using this tutorial:

I used for a while a simple configuration of my Harmony One with XBMC in an iMac that was limited to about 8 keys. Then I found out this tutorial and got all buttons of my Harmony One with a different function associated and with many other functions on the led screen. And no bugs appeared until now.

If you not already configured using this tutorial I suggest it.
If your receiver is RC6 it should be using the eHome driver. In that case see http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Usi...in_Windows. Configure the Harmony as an MCE keyboard.

I have RC6

you can see in the SPECS
however i dont see it as eHome on the Device Manager.
Is it driver i should install (Win7) or just not pure RC6 probably ?
I suppose it's possible for an RC6 receiver not to use the eHome driver because RC6 just refers to the IR protocol. In practice the majority of RC6 remotes are MS clones and do use the eHome driver.

If your remote doesn't use the eHome driver it probably emulates an MCE keyboard i.e. it generates keypresses when you press a button on the remote. Grab Showkey from http://xbmcmce.sourceforge.net/ and see what it reports when you press buttons on the remote.

I've configured my keymap.xml with this "showkey", it shows as letters.
Anyway, I've contacted HD-PLEX support, they told me to add the device on Harmony as MCE-1039, looks better.

What MCE-1039 stands for ?
