I started to investigate how the python script work and looked at one of the scripts that I moved across (see my earlier post) and brought it up in Firefox and this little gem came up in MyWeather.xml (indicating a problem immediately after the ampersand). Could this be why the maps aren't looping. More importantly, what should I do to fix it? I tried to include the screendump, but unsuccessful:
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: file:///usr/share/kodi/addons/skin.confluence/720p/MyWeather.xml
Line Number 198, Column 27: <label>Observations & Forecast - $INFO[Window.Property(Location)]</label>
-------------------------------------------------------------^
I changed the "&" to "&" which eliminated the above error and didn't effect the display of the label line. I thought I should try that same trick with "\(C\)" in line 155 and changed it to "©", but strangely that didn't work. Anyway, the upshot is that the original problem still exists
The other file, DialogSeekBar.xml, appears to be OK.
