I don't think Ember was out for long before some thing happen to the orig. maker. I believe his site was force to shutdown and he disappeared. No idea what happen but, a small group of people which came and left kept it alive patching it here and there. Bodrick is the latest to take it over. Since he took over I must say it doesn't crash any more.
Thank God this is the best program I found. I tried them all. Thanks for everyone who kept it going.
When a series is scrapped for the first time loads Ember ALL information are recorded on tvdb. Even the episodes that are not available locally. In a DB update the new episodes are automatically detected and labeled. It is not necessary to scrape the series each time.
