is it possible to stream web video? and if so how?

yes it is possible to stream web video. it works relatively well. you need to create a file with a .strm extension. the contents of that file should be the url of the web video. then just navigate to that file, choose it and the web video will be streamed.

there is a website that gives a bunch of streams:
