Like the title reads, been lurking the forum for quite some time now - to get through the normal issues, you know!
But I wanted to start this thread on custom builds (i know i'm too late for the contest!)
I'm currently building a cigar box htpc out of a netbook (basic asus eeepc).
I wanted something that was portable for the house, mainly for my boys to watch at the dinner table (trying to get them out of the living room).
Still in the early stages, i've only disassembled the netbook and acquired a box at this point.
I was watching Adventure Time last night with my son, and we had the idea to do a Beemo htpc instead; still debating that one...
When i get pics, i'll post them!
Anyone else have custom/hidden htpcs?
