I installed from here:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc/unstable/ubuntu oneiric main
After I install it, it works once, then when I press exit, XBMC crashes, and after that, every time I start, XBMC crashes.

I updated to the latest (2011.Dec.31) nightly build, the problem's still the same. The first time I start XBMC it runs fine, but can't install add-ons, and crashes when I exit. The next 2-3 times it's the same, then it doesn't start, just crashes.

I see that many people have similar random crashes, but many say they disappeared with the current nightly builds, for me it's the same.
